The services available range from computer-controlled production of individually formed lingual brackets and archwires to high-grade professional courses for interested orthodontists and patient information material.

Having succesfully completed the Incognito Certification Course, you only have to send us some silicone impressions and a filled out lab order form. As soon as we receive your impressions we will contact you for scheduling a delivery date for the finished lab work.

Our technicians will then pour out your impressions twice to get a set up and a malocclusion model. The target situation realised in the set up will be digitized using a 3d-scanner and basing on this set of data we will generate position the brackets virtually. The brackets will be printed with a rapid prototyping machine, a kind of a 3d-wax-plotter, and then casted in gold and positioned on the maloccludion model to manufacture the transfer tray for indirect bonding. The individual archwires are bent in a computer aided bending robot.

 Finally you will receive a set of individually bent wires and the transfer tray.
